The Prime Minister's dispatch clearly stated: In order to create conditions for people and workers to happily celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the reunification of the country, and at the same time implement social security policies and stimulate consumption, the Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Finance to direct the Vietnam Social Security to effectively handle and pay social insurance and unemployment insurance regimes to ensure full, timely and in accordance with regulations for beneficiaries.
