The accounts used to log in to the system are provided to candidates by the Departments of Education and Training and high schools. Candidates register for the high school graduation exam at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn.
After logging in, candidates should change their password for security and then fill in the required information. This information is similar to the direct exam registration form.
When registering for the exam, the Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates must carefully read the sections and instructions. If there are any unclear points, they must ask the exam registration officer for full instructions. Candidates must take full responsibility for the information declared in the registration form.

Before that, candidates had 4 days to register for the trial exam. As a result, there were a total of 956,905 candidates registered. The trial exam registration information has been deleted to prepare for the official registration period. Candidates who have registered for the trial exam must completely re-register.
This year, the high school graduation exam will take place on June 26-27, with more than 1.1 million candidates expected to take part, an increase of about 40,000 compared to last year.
Candidates taking the graduation exam for the first time under the 2018 general education program must take four exams, including Math and Literature. In addition, candidates must choose two subjects they have studied at school (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Economics and Law, Information Technology, Technology and Foreign Language).
Candidates taking the old program (2006 program) will take the Literature, Math, Foreign Language exams, and one of two exams: Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education).
High school graduation exam scores for 2025 were announced on July 16.
