According to the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Nong province, the survey results of the People's Satisfaction Index with the Service of State Administrative Agencies (SIPAS) in 2024 reached 83.09%, 1.88% higher than in 2023, ranked 37th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, up 5 places compared to 2023 (in 2023, it reached 81.21%, ranked 41st out of 63 provinces and cities).
Specifically, the 2024 public satisfaction survey measured people's interest in nine important policy groups that directly affect people's lives. The results showed that people were most interested in general education policies, followed by policies such as road traffic, social order and safety policies, and medical examination and treatment policies.
The satisfaction level with the development and implementation of policies by state agencies reached 83.14%, 2.28% higher than in 2023, ranking 35th out of 63 provinces and cities (In 2023, it reached 80.86%, ranked 42nd out of 63). Of which, the government's accountability for policies reached 82.66%, ranked 39th out of 63 provinces and cities (in 2023, it reached 81.78%, ranked 29th out of 63). People's participation in the process of development and implementation of policies reached 82.51%, ranked 37th out of 63 provinces and cities (in 2023, it reached 81.33%, ranked 33rd out of 63). The quality of policy organization and implementation reached 83.52%, ranked 32/63 provinces and cities (in 2023 it reached 80.53%, ranked 43/63). As a result, the impact of the policy reached 83.03%, ranked 43/63 (in 2023 it reached 80.88%, ranked 43/63).
In addition to the positive results achieved, the survey results also pointed out shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome, such as: the situation of civil servants being annoying and harassing.
