The subjects and scope of the sociological survey in Hanoi are people aged 18 and over. Scope of the survey: Conducting the survey in 6 districts, towns, and cities, including: Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Son Tay, Dong Anh, Quoc Oai, Ba Vi. Each district-level unit selects 3 commune-level units (total citywide: 18 commune-level units are sampled). Each commune-level unit selects 2 villages and residential groups (total citywide: 36 villages and residential groups are sampled). Each village and residential group makes a list and selects 250 households (total citywide: maximum 9,000 household heads/representatives for the survey).
The Satisfaction Index - SIPAS result in 2024 of Hanoi city reached 86.50% (up 2.93%); ranked 11th/63 provinces and cities, up 10 places compared to 2023 (in 2023 ranked 21st/63 provinces and cities); higher than the overall Satisfaction Index of the whole country (the overall SIPAS of the whole country in 2024 reached 83.94%).
Results of specific indicators: People's Satisfaction Index with policy development and implementation: Reached 86.51% (up 3.05%), up 12 places compared to 2023, ranked 9th/63 provinces and cities. People's Satisfaction Index with public administrative service provision: Reached 86.49% (up 2.77%), up 8 places compared to 2023, ranked 13th/63 provinces and cities. Compared to provinces and centrally run cities, Hanoi ranked 2nd/6 provinces and cities.
