Industrial production index increased, many positive changes in trade promotion activities, investment attraction

According to statistics from the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province, in the first 3 months of 2025, the province's industrial production index is estimated to increase by 15.56%. The processing, manufacturing, production and distribution industries recorded high growth.

Total retail sales of goods and revenue from services are estimated at over VND32,900 billion, reaching 24.5% of the plan, up 12.5%. The number of visitors to tourist areas and spots is about 2.46 million, up 1.2% over the same period; tourism revenue is estimated at VND1,815 billion, up 41% over the same period.

The province's trade promotion and investment cooperation activities have had many positive changes with many business delegations and economic groups from many countries and territories coming to learn about the investment environment.

Accordingly, the whole province has 181 newly established enterprises, with a total capital of about 923.2 billion VND, bringing the total number of enterprises to 8,929 and 2 more cooperatives, a total of 192 cooperatives, with an average revenue of 9.875 billion VND/year.

In addition, the province has attracted 2 domestic investment projects worth 468 billion VND and 7 FDI projects worth 262 million USD. To date, the total number of valid projects is 719 domestic projects, up 8.4% and 399 foreign projects, up 5 times over the same period.

In the Tay Ninh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister, the goal by 2030 is that Tay Ninh strives to become a dynamically developed, civilized locality with a good living environment, well adapted to climate change, and a locality worth visiting and living in.

Industry and tourism services are the main driving force for growth associated with the development of new spaces, making Tay Ninh one of the centers for industrial development and tourism services in the Southeast region and the whole country.

By 2050, Tay Ninh will become a province with a developed economy based on clean industry and high-tech agriculture; developed trade and tourism and an international trade gateway for the Southeast region and the whole country; a province with an effective public administration system, a friendly business environment, an attractive living environment based on a sustainable and diverse ecosystem.
