On October 14, 2024, Chi Pu officially released the EP “Flexible” on all digital music platforms. The EP includes 3 English songs “Modern Medusa”, “Waste Time”, “Drive Slow” with 3 new musical colors. “Flexible” carries the image and messages of a confident, independent girl who always gives her all and cherishes every moment.
“Flexible” is Chi Pu's first EP in 7 years of singing, and is also a testament to Chi Pu's seriousness in pursuing music. Chi Pu said the project has been postponed three times and had to constantly change the promotional plan due to unforeseen events. All three songs in the EP were composed and produced by RYCE Entertainment, Chi Pu's management company in China. “Over the years, my products have been made by my colleagues and familiar artists in the country. “Modern Medusa” is the most notable song of the EP, inspired by the character Medusa in Greek mythology.
