The competition was organized by Nha Trang College of Tourism (Ministry of Culture - Sports and Tourism) and Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company, bringing together 32 teams from professional chef associations in the South Central - Central Highlands region and teams from Nha Trang College of Tourism. Based on each performance of the teams, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 A prize, 4 B prizes, 4 C prizes and 18 Encouragement prizes. The team of Lam Dong Province Professional Chef Association won the Encouragement prize of the 5th Culinary Talent Search Contest - 2025 Flavor of the Sea.
