According to the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, during the days before Tet, the number of people traveling on the road is very high.

To avoid unfortunate train delays due to traffic jams, the railway industry recommends that passengers arrange to be at the station 30 minutes to 1 hour before the train departs. When the station announces the opening, passengers should enter the station and board the correct train, carriage number, and seat number to avoid missing the train.

Train passengers must bring small luggage, each ticket must not exceed 20kg, and must take care of their luggage and not carry prohibited items according to regulations.

The railway industry also organizes the control of boarding passes, identification documents and documents to verify the discount subjects at the station entrance and train car doors.
