In the 2020-2025 term, the Political Department Party Cell has effectively advised the Party Committee and the Command on Party work and political work (CTĐ, CTCT), especially in political and ideological education, propaganda of border defense characteristics, building the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the hearts of the people; promoting well the leadership role, directing the comprehensive implementation of all aspects of Party work and political work, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee of the City Border Guard, successfully completing the task of firmly protecting territorial sovereignty , border security and sea areas.

The Party Committee and Command of the Border Guard of Hue City presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Committee of the Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term.

With the theme: "Solidarity - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress comprehensively assessed the results of implementing the resolution of the past term, determined the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term. Therein, it focused on improving the quality of staff work, political work and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations in the city's Border Guard; closely and effectively guiding and directing the contents of political work and political work, serving well the task of building and protecting the border and sea areas; focusing on improving the quality of political education, ideology, traditional education, building strong political will for officers and soldiers.


In his speech, Colonel Cai Van Lap acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of the Political Department Party Cell in the past term, and at the same time requested the new Executive Committee to continue promoting the spirit of innovation, proactiveness, and creativity; maintain the role of a strategic advisory body on CTĐ, CTCT; contribute to building a comprehensively strong City Border Guard "Exemplary, typical", a clean and comprehensively strong City Border Guard Party Committee.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Political Department Party Cell for the 2025-2030 term and elected the Delegation to attend the 12th City Border Guard Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Immediately after the Congress, the City Border Guard Party Committee will organize an experience review and direct 19 grassroots party organizations under its management to organize the congress to ensure quality, progress and compliance with regulations.
