In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Cell of the Art Troupe has led the dissemination and serious implementation of resolutions of Party committees at all levels, regularly and directly from the Party Committee of the Political Bureau. It has led the innovation and improvement of the quality of content, composition, staging, rehearsal and performance of art programs.

The content of the programs closely followed political events and promptly served the tasks, kept the right direction, ensured the Party spirit,education , mass character, formality, and had clear ideological themes. The quality of the programs was improved, creating a wide spread, directly contributing to the propaganda and promotion of the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers".

Party members of the Navy Art Troupe elected the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In 5 years, the Art Troupe has performed 518 shows. Every year, the performance organization achieves and exceeds the assigned plan by 30-35%, serving thousands of audiences inside and outside the Army as well as in defense diplomacy.

In the past 5 years, the Union has been awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense ; 4 times awarded the Emulation Flag of the Military Service; The Party Cell was awarded the Flag of Outstanding Party Organization by the Central Military Commission Standing Committee for 5 consecutive years (2020 - 2024).

The Navy Art Troupe Party Cell successfully organized the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Ho Thanh Hoan praised and congratulated the achievements of the Art Troupe Party Cell during the past term. He requested the Party Cell to continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's cultural and artistic guidelines, apply them appropriately to the unit's practical situation, and improve the quality of composing, staging, practicing and performing art programs.

In addition, it is necessary to improve the quality of political and ideological education, build Party cells that are strong in politics, ideology, organization, ethics and cadres; maintain the principle of democratic centralism, promote self-criticism and criticism, pay attention to nurturing the source of cadres and actors of the Union; promote the building of a regular system, and firmly manage and train discipline.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, elected the Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell and the delegation to attend the 15th Congress of the Navy Political Department Party Committee.
