Company 732 (15th Army Corps) is an economic -defense unit, carrying out tasks in ethnic minority areas and border regions of Kon Tum province. To successfully complete its assigned tasks, over the years, the Party Committee of Company 732 has implemented many measures to improve the leadership capacity and combat strength of its Party branches according to the "four good" criteria.
In the 2018 assessment of the quality of Party members and Party organizations, the Party Branch of Team 1 (Party Committee of Company 732) only achieved the "task completed" level. The reasons identified were the limited quality of Party branch meetings and fighting spirit; the cadres and Party members did not fully utilize their roles, responsibilities, pioneering spirit, and exemplary conduct in their work; and they lacked creativity in leading and implementing production and business tasks, leading to low labor productivity, unstable income, and some workers showing signs of ideological wavering.
Faced with this situation, the Party Committee of Company 732 directed the Party Branch of Team 1 to hold a political activity session, requiring all cadres, Party members, and workers to promote democracy, clearly identify the causes and responsibilities of each cadre and Party member, and offer suggestions to help the production team overcome difficulties. They proceeded with the transfer of cadres, the consolidation of the Party branch committee, and training of the secretary, deputy secretary, and committee members on preparing for Party branch meetings, promoting democracy in meetings; disseminating and implementing resolutions; skills in resolving emerging issues; principles and procedures for conducting Party work... As a result, in 2019, the Party Branch of Team 1 implemented many groundbreaking leadership contents and solutions, gradually improving production and business efficiency and the lives of workers.
Major Nguyen Dinh Hao, Party Secretary and Team Leader of Team 1, reported that while the company assigns production targets to the teams annually, the Party Branch of Team 1 has discussed and implemented a monthly allocation of targets to workers (based on the annual target) to strictly control labor productivity and standards; 100% of cadres and workers have voluntarily invested in additional fertilizer to improve the quality of the plantations; all plastic rain gutters have been replaced with foam gutters to prevent splashing and leakage; daily technical inspections and scoring are conducted for each worker, and those with average skills are immediately retrained... As a result, from 2019 to the present, Team 1 has consistently achieved a productivity of 2.3 to 2.5 tons of dry rubber latex per hectare; the Party Branch has successfully and excellently completed its tasks.

Similar to Team 1, in recent years, Team 6 (Company 732) has also made significant breakthroughs in productivity, increasing its yield from 1.3 tons of dry rubber latex per hectare to over 2 tons per hectare. According to Major Le Kha Cuong, Party Secretary and Team Leader of Team 6, this success stems from the correct leadership measures of the Party branch and the dedication and exemplary conduct of the cadres and Party members. To improve labor productivity, the Party branch discusses and assigns each cadre and Party member to mentor and train 3 to 5 workers in technical skills and procedures each month. When these workers improve, they move on to other workers, and so on, with 10 Party members taking turns assisting workers in the unit. At the same time, to overcome the problem of workers abandoning tapping due to illness or family matters, the Party branch has established rubber tapping teams, led by Party members, to support all workers when needed.
According to Colonel Ha Van Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Company 732, practical experience at the unit shows that wherever the leadership capacity and fighting spirit of the Party branch are good and the role of the cadres and Party members is promoted, the agency or unit completes its tasks well or excellently. Conversely, when the political core role of the Party branch is weak, the quality of task performance of the agency or unit is low.
To ensure that Party branches truly serve as the political nucleus at the grassroots level, the Party Committee of Company 732 has focused on leading the development of Party branches according to the "four good" criteria: "Good quality of activities; good completion of political tasks; good unity and discipline; good cadres and good Party members." This includes focusing on training and improving the professional skills and operational abilities of Party branch secretaries and deputy secretaries in Party and political work. In addition to the centralized training courses organized by the 15th Army Corps, the Party Committee of Company 732 assigns and holds each Party committee member responsible for guiding and assisting the branch committee, secretary, and deputy secretary.
The Party Committee directed the Party branches to determine the content of regular and thematic meetings that were appropriate and relevant to the practical situation of the agency, unit, and the area where they are stationed; to develop Party members among workers and laborers to increase the proportion of leaders; and to require cadres and Party members to develop plans for self-cultivation and training, and to be pioneers in gathering and guiding the masses to carry out the unit's political tasks. "The result of these comprehensive and decisive solutions is that for three consecutive years (2020-2022) and the first six months of 2023, Company 732 achieved an average productivity of nearly 2 tons of dry rubber latex per hectare. In 2022 alone, it exceeded 2 tons per hectare, with revenue exceeding 158 billion VND; the Party Committee excellently completed its tasks," Colonel Ha Van Nam happily stated.
