Currently, BGG Huong Son produces over 130,000 products (10 production lines) per month, with estimated revenue of approximately 20 billion VND, mainly exported to countries such as the US, EU, Japan, Korea... According to the leader of BGG Huong Son, the company has signed contracts with partners to have stable orders until the end of 2025.

Mr. Le Ngoc Duy, a worker in Sewing Team 1, said: "Not only do we have a stable income, when we first started working at the company, we were trained for a month. The company provided free car transportation and 200,000 VND/month from home to the parking lot; lunch allowance of 20,000 VND/day and a basic salary of 3,877 million VND/month, which created favorable conditions for workers, especially those residing in Son Le, Son Tien communes, and Pho Chau town...".

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (sewing group 2), residing in Duc Vu village, Son Le commune, also decided to stay with the company for a long time because she and her husband still have elderly parents and 2 young children. To meet the development needs, BGG Huong Son strives to increase its capacity from 500 - 700,000 products/month, so the demand for recruiting workers is very large. In 2025, the company plans to recruit 400 - 600 workers.

On February 5, 2025, BGG Huong Son Garment Joint Stock Company announced the implementation of support policies for garment workers when they start working at the company. Preferential policies include:

- Support 1 million VND for all employees working at the company who successfully introduce a skilled garment worker to work for a full 3-month term;

- Support for skilled workers with minimum first month salary of 5 million VND; good skilled workers 6 million VND; excellent skilled workers 7 million VND.

- For skilled workers who work for 3 months, the company supports 3 million VND (1 million VND per month added to monthly salary), excellent skilled workers support an additional 4 million VND (more than 1 million VND per month added to monthly salary).

According to the company's leaders, workers and employees working at the company will be guaranteed 8 hours of work per day. In addition, workers who work overtime will receive wages according to the Labor Law.

Workers who work 26/30 days in a month will be classified as A and receive an additional bonus of 800,000 VND. Skilled workers who work beyond the norm will receive an additional bonus of 22% of their basic salary. Workers working in hazardous areas will receive an allowance of 10,000 VND/day.

In addition, the company has gifts and welfare for workers on their birthdays and holidays; women raising children under 1 year old receive a monthly allowance of 450,000 VND; on Tet holiday, they receive an additional 13th salary.
