Processing dried fish and salted meat with lemongrass to provide relief to people in flood-hit areas

In order to contribute to sharing the difficulties of the people in the Northern provinces affected by storm No. 3 (Yagi), this morning, September 14, the Trade Union of the Trade Union Hotel and Tourism Joint Stock Company and the Youth Union of the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation organized the cooking and processing of 200 packages of dried fish and salted meat with lemongrass to send to the people affected by natural disasters.

Dried fish and lemongrass salted meat are carefully processed and vacuum-packed by the chefs of the Trade Union Hotel, ensuring food hygiene and safety and longest preservation.

The budget for implementing the program is 12 million VND from the source of support from the Trade Union Tourism Joint Stock Company and from the savings from not organizing the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2024 of the Youth Union of the Provincial Labor Federation and philanthropists.

This afternoon, these packages of braised dried fish and salted meat with lemongrass, full of love and sharing, will be immediately transported to the Lao Cai Provincial Federation of Labor.

It is expected that in the next two days, food will be delivered by the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation to our fellow countrymen in the North who are in need of support.
