Fire at restaurant in Da Bac town, many properties burned down

Residents of the house opposite the restaurant discovered the fire inside the restaurant (the restaurant door was locked), and then called out to the neighbors. Da Bac town police, along with security forces at the facility and the local people used on-site fire fighting equipment to put out the fire.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, the Provincial Police dispatched 1 fire truck, 1 tanker truck and officers and soldiers to the scene with other forces to extinguish the fire, preventing it from spreading to adjacent houses.

According to Da Bac Town Police, on the evening of April 21, the restaurant had 2 tables of guests. At 9:00 p.m. the same day, the guests left the restaurant, then the family cleaned up and locked the door to go home at around 11:10 p.m. No one slept at the restaurant.

The fire caused property damage of about 400 million VND, including 2 motorbikes, fans, televisions, air conditioners and other furniture; part of the iron frame and corrugated iron roof of the restaurant was deformed.

The cause and specific damage of the fire are continuing to be clarified by authorities.
