(Dan Tri) - Discovering a fire, residents living in a 5-story house in Tan Binh District (HCMC) broke windows, tied curtains and climbed over to a neighbor's house to escape.
On March 26, authorities are investigating the cause of a fire that broke out at a five-story house in Tan Binh district.
Earlier, at around 11:30 p.m. on March 25, a fire broke out in a five-story house, below which was a coffee shop on Nguyen Thai Binh Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District. Upon discovering the fire, people inside the house broke windows, tied curtains and climbed over the neighbor's roof, and some people climbed to the top floor of the house.

Upon receiving the news, the District 11 and Tan Binh District Area Teams under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PC07) of Ho Chi Minh City Police dispatched 6 fire trucks and 34 officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire and rescue people.
At the scene, police used a ladder truck to approach and search for trapped people. Police guided the escape, bringing 6 people trapped inside the house out safely.
The fire did not cause any human casualties, but burned down 35/200m2 of the house and some property.
