Fire broke out at a store specializing in selling shoes and sportswear, hundreds of square meters in area.

On April 15, Binh Hung Hoa A Ward Police coordinated with Binh Tan District Local Team and Ho Chi Minh City Police to examine the scene, investigate the cause and damage after the fire at a store specializing in selling shoes and sportswear on Ap Chien Luoc Street.

The fire created a column of smoke tens of meters high.

The fire broke out at around 0:10 a.m. on April 14, when everyone was sleeping, and the fire spread dozens of meters. The fire spread and threatened the houses surrounding this store.

Inside the store were shoes and clothes, so the fire created black smoke that caused suffocation. Many people used mini fire extinguishers to approach but could not control it.

About 200 square meters of the store burned down along with many properties inside.

The Fire Police Team of Binh Tan District mobilized vehicles and officers to the scene to put out the fire. After many hours, the fire was controlled.
