An apartment in the Thanh Da residential complex (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City) unexpectedly caught fire. Upon arrival, police faced difficulties in extinguishing the fire because the burning area was fitted with "tiger cages" (metal bars on the windows and doors).
On the evening of October 13th, the Binh Thanh District Police were investigating a fire in an apartment at the Thanh Da residential complex.
Earlier, at around 3:30 PM on the same day, residents discovered smoke and flames rising from an apartment in the Thanh Da residential complex (Ward 27, Binh Thanh District).
Upon receiving the report, the Fire and Rescue Police Team of Binh Thanh District Police dispatched numerous officers and soldiers to the scene to extinguish the fire. Due to the presence of "tiger cages" (metal bars) surrounding the burning area, the police faced many difficulties in accessing and rescuing the victims.
A few minutes later, the fire was completely extinguished. There were no casualties, but some property was damaged. Initially, authorities determined the fire was caused by an electrical malfunction.
