That night, in his private house on Xuan Hoa Street, Tuyen Quang Town, he could not sleep, his emotions were overflowing. With the responsibility of an artist, he immediately composed the song "Hello liberated Binh Thuan" with all the "twinning" sentiments of his home province. After a sleepless night, the song was born, the lyrics just flowed with his emotions.

The next morning, April 19, 1975, he took the new song and hand-copied it onto 20 paper copies, giving them to 20 people in Le Loi area, Tan Quang ward to practice singing. After only 45 minutes, the song was matched to perform, welcoming the sister province of Binh Thuan which was liberated on April 19, 1975. That evening at the Cultural House of Tuyen Quang town, the group song "Hello liberated Binh Thuan" resounded majestically and proudly. After performing at the Cultural House, the art troupe also performed on the streets and public areas in Tuyen Quang town, amidst the cheers and applause of cadres and people.

On this day, April 19, 2025, musician Dinh Quang Minh was moved again when he recalled the old memories exactly 50 years ago, when he was 83 years old this year. He searched in the closet for his collection of 75 selected songs printed in the book Tuyen Quang Radiant Faith, licensed by Dan Tri Publishing House in 2017, including the song "Hello Liberated Binh Thuan" to show the reporter.
