At the competitive offering session held at 9:00 a.m. on September 16, at the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the Economic-Technical Joint Stock Company will auction 1.34 million shares owned by the Defense Industry Economic-Technical Corporation, with a par value of VND10,000/share, with a starting price of VND15,900/share.
The number of shares foreigners are allowed to buy is 0 shares.
Investors participating in the auction must register and deposit from August 16, 2024 to 3:30 p.m. on September 9, 2024, at the Auction agents; submit the Competitive Offering Participation Form no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 12, 2024, and put it directly into the ballot box at the Headquarters and branches of the Competitive Offering agents where investors register; pay for shares from September 17, 2024 to September 23, 2024; and refund the deposit from September 19, 2024 to September 23, 2024.
Previously, on July 23, 2024, HNX announced that it would not organize an auction of shares of the Economic-Technical Joint Stock Company owned by the Defense Industry Economic-Technical Corporation on July 26, 2024, because by the end of the registration and deposit deadline (3:30 p.m. on July 19, 2024), only 1 investor had registered to buy shares of the Company, so it did not meet the conditions for organization according to regulations.
