Therefore, General Luong Cuong suggested that the Party Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Ha Giang province continue to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW of the Politburo on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the Northern Midlands and Mountains region to 2030, with a vision to 2045, and the Resolution of the 17th Ha Giang Provincial Party Congress.
The province accelerates the construction of connecting transport infrastructure, synchronously and effectively implements national target programs; promotes potentials and strengths, creates breakthroughs to successfully complete the 5-year socio-economic development plan, period 2021 - 2025, bringing prosperity to people in the northernmost border of the Fatherland.

General Luong Cuong requested that the armed forces of Ha Giang province strictly implement the Resolution of the Central Military Commission and Party committees at all levels on leading military and defense tasks and Party building in 2024; thoroughly grasp the Party and State's guidelines and policies on socio-economic development combined with defense and security in the new situation.
In particular, enhancing the combat strength of the armed forces to meet the requirements and tasks of protecting the Fatherland; promoting the core role in performing local defense and military tasks; maintaining political security, social order and safety, creating a favorable environment for Ha Giang to develop sustainably.
The armed forces in the province have strengthened measures to ensure that the 2024 Lunar New Year is joyful, healthy, safe, economical and highly combat-ready. The armed forces coordinate with local Party committees and authorities to take care of the people, especially policy families, poor households, and ethnic minorities in difficult circumstances, during Tet.
