The Association of Lawyers of the Department of THADS has 21 members. The members work at 04 specialized Departments and equivalents of the Department of THADS of the province.

During the past term, despite many difficulties, the Quang Binh Judicial Council of the Judicial Council has made great efforts, step by step building to perfect the organization of the Council, developing members; strengthening political and ideological education for members, thoroughly grasping and believing in the policies of the Party and State in the new development period.

Thereby, members have a fuller awareness in performing the following tasks: Participating in law-making, legal science research, legal dissemination and education, etc., actively contributing to the successful implementation of tasks at agencies and units and actively contributing to the process of implementing the strategy of judicial reform and administrative reform at the local level.

“Achieving these results is thanks to the attention and guidance of the Party Committee and leaders of the agency; the coordination between mass organizations and the efforts of all members of the Association,” said Mr. Dinh Quang Thanh, Head of the Association of Lawyers of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.

The Congress also seriously reviewed the existing limitations and causes, thereby drawing lessons and proposing directions and tasks for the 2024-2029 term.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Tran Phuong Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of THADS and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuyen, Vice President of the Provincial Lawyers Association, praised and highly appreciated the achievements of the Association in the past term. At the same time, they also emphasized a number of key tasks that need to be carried out in the upcoming term so that the Association can further develop in both quantity and quality.

The Congress elected 3 comrades to the Executive Committee for the 2024-2029 term. Ms. Phan Thi Bich Hang, Junior Enforcement Officer of the Department of Judgment Enforcement and Organization, holds the position of Head of the Judicial Association of the Judicial Enforcement Department.

At the Congress of the Quang Binh Provincial Inspectorate Lawyers Association, on behalf of the Provincial Lawyers Association, there were Ms. Nguyen Thi Lai and Mr. Dang Phuc Due, Vice President of the Provincial Lawyers Association. On behalf of the Quang Binh Provincial Inspectorate, there were Mr. Le Cong Huu, Chief Inspector of the province; Mr. Nguyen Van Uoc, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province and Mr. Doan Anh Tuan, Deputy Chief Inspector - Head of the Provincial Inspectorate Lawyers Association, along with all members.

The representative of the Executive Committee of the Association for the 2020-2024 term presented a report summarizing the results of the term's activities and the direction of activities for the 2024-2029 term.

In the 2020-2024 term, the Branch Executive Committee has taken advantage of the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Provincial Inspectorate and the Quang Binh Provincial Lawyers Association; continued to build and consolidate the Branch organization, develop members; Branch members have correctly recognized the position and role of the Branch: Participating in law-making; propagating, disseminating and educating the law; participating in government building,... thereby promoting the role of each member in performing assigned tasks, actively contributing to the successful implementation of the political tasks of the entire Provincial Inspectorate.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lai, Vice President of the Quang Binh Provincial Lawyers Association, said that in the past term, the Provincial Inspectorate Lawyers Association has always thoroughly grasped the Party's viewpoints, legal regulations and directives and instructions of the Provincial Association; always closely followed the direction of the Party Committee, the agency's leaders and the requirements and political tasks of the Party Cell, the Provincial Inspectorate and the Association to propose plans that are close to and in line with the Association's operating conditions.

The Congress elected 3 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Association for the 2024-2029 term. Mr. Doan Anh Tuan, Deputy Chief Inspector of the province, was re-elected as Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial Inspectorate Lawyers Association.
