TPO - An accident occurred on Vinh Tuy Bridge ( Hanoi ) during rush hour on the morning of February 28, causing hundreds of vehicles to be stuck and unable to move.

At around 8am on February 28, an accident occurred on Vinh Tuy bridge (near the approach to Chuong Duong bridge), causing serious traffic congestion.

After the accident, Vinh Tuy bridge (towards the inner city) was jammed.

The rush hour collision left hundreds of cars unable to move.

The weather today is cold with thick fog making it difficult for vehicles to move and limiting visibility.

At 10:30, Vinh Tuy bridge was still jammed, the opposite direction towards Long Bien was clear, vehicles could move freely.
