Format structure, sample exam questions for grade 10 entrance exam according to the 2018 General Education Program

The exam format structure is the basis for building a question bank and creating exam questions for the Hanoi City High School Entrance Exam according to the 2018 General Education Program.

Based on the exam format structure of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training recommends that education and training departments strengthen the construction of question banks and test matrices according to the requirements of the subject; prepare 9th grade students to get acquainted with the orientation of the 10th grade entrance exam according to the 2018 General Education Program; encourage schools to build a digital library of survey test questions with educational institutions in the area to exchange and support the effective implementation of testing, assessment and survey methods and forms.
