Sen Hong Club was established under Decision No. 2706/QD-UBND and held its first Congress on December 13, 2018. After 5 years of construction, Sen Hong has completed its organizational structure including: 1 advisory board and 5 professional boards.

Sen Hong Club, term I (2018-2023) has 70 members, mainly business owners and typical entrepreneurs in the province.

Term I is a very special time because more than half of the term, the Covid-19 pandemic and the global economic crisis have directly affected businesses and production and business sectors. In order to promptly support members and motivate the local startup movement, the Executive Committee of the Sen Hong Club strives to find many practical and effective support solutions for members such as: organizing seminars on business administration, digital transformation, trade connection, trade promotion, etc.

“With the support of the club, many CEOs like me have boldly sailed through the waves, flexibly turned danger into opportunity, boldly opened the escape door with a mindset ready to face challenges, stabilize and build a brand for myself, my family and aim for good values ​​for the community” - Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga, Deputy Director of Dai Loc Phat Company Limited shared.

From the enthusiastic “captains”, they have gradually attracted and conquered female businesses in the province to actively participate in the club. In the first term, the Sen Hong Club had 70 members, mainly business owners and typical entrepreneurs in the province.

Happiness is sharing

The success of the members of the Sen Hong Club is not only about economic figures, but also about the positive values ​​sent to the community. During its term, the club mobilized members to contribute more than 23 billion VND to implement charity programs with the motto "Where there are poor people, there is Sen Hong".

No one can forget the image of Sen Hong members going to the epidemic center to encourage, support, and cook meals to deliver to the frontline forces and people in quarantine. The club also called on all members to contribute and support "Thousands of gifts - Sharing love" to support Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City in the fight against the epidemic..., with a total support amount of more than 11 billion VND.

Sen Hong Club also cooperated with Binh Phuoc Radio - Television and Newspaper (BPTV) in the program "Waves and computers for children", giving 60 smartphones to students in remote schools, ethnic minority areas. Extending the loving arms for the disadvantaged people, people in border areas, every time Tet comes, Sen Hong Club visits, encourages, and gives thousands of Tet gifts including cash and necessities.

The project to build a communal kitchen at Ba Ra Charity Shelter (Phuoc Tan Commune, Phu Rieng District) with an area of ^​​200m2 , completed at the end of 2021, was carried out by the club with a total cost of 200 million VND. The club also sponsored 3 gas cylinders for the stove each month and signed a contract to hire a long-term housekeeper with a salary of 7 million VND/month to conveniently take care of the elderly with serious illnesses who are no longer able to take care of themselves. To date, the total amount of support for the shelter is more than 400 million VND.

The program to build charity houses and solidarity houses has been supported by the Sen Hong Club with 25 houses, each worth 80 million VND, with a total value of more than 1.6 billion VND. "I have a heart disease, and for many years I have only been to the hospital, so I have no money to repair my dilapidated, leaky corrugated iron house. Thanks to the club, this Tet I have a new, spacious and warm house. I cannot express my gratitude in words" - Mr. No Long Bach in Hamlet 2, Dong Tam Commune, Dong Phu District emotionally said.

Not only caring for the poor in the province, the Sen Hong Club also organized a delegation to the Central provinces to support more than 2 billion VND and support the Northern people with more than 1 billion VND and necessities to overcome the consequences of floods.

Many warm and meaningful humanitarian activities are organized with the motto "Where there are poor people, there are Red Lotus"

Ms. Nguyen Thi Bong, Head of the Sen Hong Club, shared: “It is impossible to fully count the number of gifts that club members connect and share. We only know that what remains on each volunteer journey of Sen Hong are the emotional tears of the people, or the words of thanks from those far away sent to the group... All are beautiful gestures for Sen Hong to extend the thread of love, sending to the community from year to year”.

Confidently approaching the 2nd Congress of the Sen Hong Club of Binh Phuoc province, with the theme "Solidarity - Compassion - Innovation - Development", all members are looking forward to the congress which will be a forum of faith, aspiration for economic power and continue to deliver many social security values ​​to the community.

Each member should be a lotus spreading its fragrance, contributing to building the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous and happy” - psychologist Dr. Ly Thi Mai expressed her belief before the 2nd Sen Hong Club Congress.
