After more than 1 year of drastic implementation of site clearance compensation, with the attention and direction of the leaders of the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee and departments, the participation of the entire political system of the two localities and the support and consensus of the people of District 7 and Nha Be District, 100% of the site was handed over to the investor in September 2023.
