A victim of burns all over his body due to electric discharge
Previously, at around 4:00 p.m. on November 5, Ward 10 Police, Vung Tau City received a report from local residents that 3 male victims had been electrocuted and burned all over their bodies, lying motionless next to a pond, so they went to the scene to take them to the emergency room.
Initial information, in the afternoon of the same day, Mr. TS (40 years old), THP and NTT (both 16 years old) went to the pond on 3/2 Street, Ward 10, Vung Tau City to fish.
At that time, 3 people sat close together and held fishing rods. After a while, the fish ate the bait so one person pulled the rod up high, causing the 110kV power line to discharge electricity right where the 3 people were sitting. As a result, all 3 suffered burns all over their bodies.
A while later, a local resident came and discovered the three victims lying motionless, so he informed the Ward 10 Police to come and take them to the emergency room.
