CLD announced a luxury apartment project called Lumi Hanoi.

Lumi Hanoi is located in a well-planned area in the west of Hanoi, adjacent to diverse amenities such as parks, schools, shopping centers, medical facilities and new administrative centers.

Residents can easily access the project via Thang Long Avenue and it only takes 20 minutes to drive to the central district of Hanoi and 40 minutes to drive to Noi Bai International Airport. In the future, the connection will also become more convenient when Metro lines 5, 6 and 7 come into operation.

The project will be implemented in several phases, providing approximately 4,000 apartments in nine towers from 29 to 35 floors. There will be a variety of apartment types, from one-bedroom apartments of 42m2 to four-bedroom apartments of 135m2. Duplexes and penthouses with areas ranging from 115m2 and 410m2 will also be integrated into the project.

Mr. Ronald Tay, General Director of CLD (Vietnam), said: "We are delighted to launch the Lumi Hanoi project in the capital to meet the demand for high-quality real estate in the context of urbanization and increasing population. Positioned as one of CapitaLand's signature apartment projects, Lumi Hanoi will continue our commitment to sustainable urbanization, creating living spaces and amenities that meet the tastes of the new generation of customers.

With CapitaLand's extensive experience and expertise in developing award-winning apartment projects in Asia, we believe that Lumi Hanoi will set a new standard for sophisticated and sustainable urban living in the capital."

Mr. Tay added that Vietnam is one of CLD's three core markets and CLD has a long-term development vision in this market.

"Amidst the current uncertainties, we remain confident in capturing attractive investment opportunities by leveraging our nearly three decades of operational experience and the Group's strong financial position. As one of Asia's leading real estate developers with expertise across multiple sectors, we are seeking investment opportunities across a wide range of asset classes, with an immediate focus on residential and commercial projects.

Our long-term vision is to become a trusted real estate developer, through quality real estate products and services to accompany Vietnam's sustainable urbanization process and contribute to the country's economic growth," he said.

Lumi Hanoi - Radiant lifestyle

Beyond the living space, Lumi Hanoi promises to create a community that blends sustainability, sophistication and serenity to redefine urban living. Lumi Hanoi was designed by renowned French architect Jean-François Milou of Studio Milou. He is also behind the designs of projects such as the Binh Dinh Convention Center in Quy Nhon City and the National Gallery of Singapore. Lumi Hanoi is the first residential project in Vietnam designed by him.

Inspired by "lumière", meaning light in French, Lumi Hanoi cleverly conveys the core spirit of the project, likening the house to the key to life and sustaining life in the same way as light. The theme of "city of light" is embellished based on many different elements to highlight the design philosophy applied in the project. Glass panels and architectural elements create interesting visual effects between light and darkness not only during the day, but also help guide residents home when night falls.

The project is implemented in many phases, providing about 4,000 apartments in 9 towers from 29 to 35 floors.

Lumi Hanoi's unique landscape design is themed after astronomical elements such as the sun, aurora borealis and stars; undulating hills and lake ecosystems are different from the flat terrain commonly found in projects.

The central park provides a peaceful space and acts as a gateway to outdoor amenities. The unique skywalk with lush green landscape is designed to stretch across the entire project campus, creating a harmonious connection between residents and nature as well as a series of internal amenities. At night, the skywalk lights up like a brilliant stream of light amidst the sparkling starry sky. Lumi Hanoi integrates more than 80 amenities for residents of all ages, including 15 sports fields and many swimming pools to encourage an active lifestyle.

Lumi Hanoi aims to achieve EDGE certification from IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. The project’s sustainable features include 4.3 hectares of lush landscaping, a rainwater harvesting system, ecological lakes, habitat systems, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles and bicycles.
