Northern region: Temperatures slightly increased, no signs of heat yet.
Central region: Hot weather continues, but not as severe as late April.
Southern region: Continues widespread heat, common temperatures from 34-37 degrees Celsius.
Experts recommend that the Organizing Committee should prepare plans to deal with rain, strong winds, and hot weather, such as setting up tents and covering equipment; at the same time, ensure rescue, medical, and fire prevention and fighting equipment, and be ready to promptly respond to situations arising from the weather.
Showers and thunderstorms can appear suddenly, so people and tourists participating in entertainment and tourism during the April 30 - May 1 holiday should be prepared with foldable umbrellas, light raincoats, sneakers, flat shoes or anti-slip sandals to move more easily in wet conditions and avoid slipping.
In addition, intense heat (over 35°C) can cause heatstroke and heat shock, so when participating in outdoor activities, people need to proactively take effective sun and heat protection measures and have fun safely to have a complete holiday.
