The course was organized online. Participants from inside and outside the province were provided with and updated information by the lecturers on 6 topics, including: Vietnam tourism development situation, information on new tourism products, key tourism products; measures to ensure security and safety for tourists; world tourism situation, trends and prospects; economic, political and social situation of the country; state management organization system on tourism; system of new legal documents related to tourism.
At the end of the course, qualified students were granted a certificate. This is one of the conditions for tour guides to change their cards when their practice cards expire according to regulations.
