Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Phan Van Phung emphasized that the contents of the course's topics are very important and necessary for the leadership and management team when implementing the two-level local government in the coming time. Therefore, it is hoped that with their extensive knowledge and extensive experience, the Associate Professors and Doctors of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics will impart, equip, and supplement the methodology and application of leadership and management skills for the trainees who are district-level leaders and managers to meet the requirements of local political tasks in the current situation.

To achieve the best results from the training course, students are requested to study seriously, listen fully with the spirit of "practice diligently"; actively research according to the suggestions and directions of the lecturers.
