On the morning of December 20, Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to foster and update new knowledge on the content of the book "Building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity" by comrade Nguyen Phu Trong, late General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
