According to the report, in recent times, all levels and sectors have paid attention to and attached importance to the task of receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations; the reception, dialogue with citizens and the handling and resolution of complaints and denunciations have been directly directed and implemented in accordance with regulations by the heads of Party committees and authorities.

Coordination between central and local agencies in resolving complaints and denunciations has been enhanced, especially in the inspection, review and resolution of pending and prolonged cases to end complaints and denunciations.
