Granting resettlement land for people in project area in Dien Bien Phu city

Directly handing over the land allocation decision to the family of Mr. Lo Quoc In and Mrs. Quang Thi Kim (in group 18, Him Lam ward), comrade Nguyen Quang Hung thanked the family and the households for agreeing and supporting the policy of building and developing the city.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung hopes that the households in Group 18 will continue to unite and proactively coordinate with departments and offices to complete the land allocation procedures for the project; at the same time, he requests that the relevant departments, offices and units of the city must create maximum convenience and perform well the work of allocating resettlement land to eligible families so that people can stabilize their lives.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung talked and encouraged people in the project area.

Regarding the Him Lam New Urban Area project, comrade Nguyen Quang Hung said: This is one of the city's key projects; the completed project will create a new, modern, synchronous urban residential area to meet the needs of land and housing for people in the area; complete the infrastructure for Him Lam ward, Dien Bien Phu city; and at the same time form a new urban area in the direction of developing Dien Bien Phu city into a type II urban area.

Implementing the project steps, up to now, Dien Bien Phu city has completed approving plans for 76 families, individuals and 5 organizations (100% of households, individuals and organizations subject to site clearance); completed compensation payments for 33 families and 5 organizations with a total amount of more than 10 billion VND.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung directly directed and supervised the payment of compensation for site clearance to people at group 18, Him Lam ward.

It is known that in addition to the Him Lam New Urban Area project, Dien Bien Phu city is simultaneously implementing more than a dozen key projects on transportation, urban areas, and commerce. To overcome difficulties caused by land clearance, the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu city has established propaganda and mobilization teams for land clearance; assigning specific tasks to team leaders and members who are key officials and leaders of departments.

At the same time, the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu City also established an open Zalo group called "city land information" for local people to provide, exchange and reflect information about land with their aspirations in each project. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien Phu City directly monitors, grasps the information reflected by the people in the group and directs the resolution of the people's petitions.
