The Provincial People's Committee held a meeting to discuss organizing the Cao Bang Mountain and Water Tourism Festival in Hanoi in 2023.
According to the plan, the festival will take place in many areas of the Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street with activities to honor and promote the cultural colors of the province to continue to propagate, introduce and promote the land and people of Cao Bang with its cultural heritages that are rich in identity, majestic and poetic. Thereby introducing new destinations and tourism products to the people of Hanoi as well as domestic and international tourists. At the same time, strengthening links and cooperation in tourism development, contributing to the preservation and effective promotion of indigenous cultural values, gradually making tourism a key economic sector of Cao Bang, a poetic, majestic land with rich national identity and hospitality.
In the series of events taking place on the Festival such as: Destination promotion program "Cao Bang - Fairyland" in which the potential and strengths of Cao Bang province are introduced along with indigenous cultural values, new and unique tourism products of the locality, thereby strengthening linkage, cooperation, tourism connection and searching and attracting investment sources in the field of Cao Bang tourism; Opening program of Cao Bang Tourism Festival 2023 with the theme: "Cao Bang - Fairyland" with information and propaganda content about new tourism products of destinations in the Cao Bang region. Promoting linkage, forming new and attractive tours and routes to attract tourists to Cao Bang, at the same time promoting linkage and cooperation in tourism exploitation between travel agencies.

Display of tourism products of localities in the province with a scale of: 10 booths including displaying tourism products, culture, and unique cuisine of 10 districts and cities in Cao Bang province. Organizing space to display tourism publications, Cao Bang tourism products to display and introduce publications about tourist destinations; typical cultural heritages of ethnic groups; heritage, geology, geomorphology in the Cao Bang Non Nuoc Geopark; tourism products and gifts of businesses in the province.

Organizing the processing and display of Cao Bang culinary products, including organizing the processing and display of traditional culinary dishes of Cao Bang province such as: sticky rice with canarium fruit, coong phu cake, roasted duck, black jelly, white jelly, sausage, etc.; displaying 3-star and 4-star OCOP products, local products to promote to the people of the capital, domestic and international tourists.
