At about 1:50 p.m. on June 3, the Working Group of Team 6, Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police discovered an oil spill about 3 km long on National Highway 4D, in Trung Chai commune, Sa Pa town.


Immediately after the discovery, officers and soldiers of the Task Force 6 ordered vehicles to stop, directed traffic, and handled the oil spill so that people and tourists could travel safely. Specifically, the Task Force 6 used rice husk bags spread on the oil spill to absorb the oil, creating roughness to avoid slipping.

The small but meaningful actions of the officers and soldiers of the Working Group of Team 6 were recognized and highly appreciated by the people and tourists. Thereby, building a beautiful, responsible, "serving the people" image of the traffic police force in particular and the provincial police in general.
