Hai Duong Traffic Police organize driving license test for the first time from April 23

On April 14, the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police, announced the schedule and locations for driving license exams in April.

These are the first driving license exams organized by the traffic police force, after Hai Duong Provincial Police took over the state management function of testing and issuing driving licenses from the Department of Transport (now the Department of Construction).

The exams take place from April 23 to 29 for ½ day. Morning session starts at 7:30 am. Afternoon session starts at 1:30 pm.

Specific exam schedule: Lap Phuong Thanh Vocational Education and Driving Test Center (Hai Duong City) will organize on the mornings of April 23 and 24; Viet Duc Vocational Education and Driving Test Center (Nam Sach) on the mornings of April 25 and 26; Thanh Mien Vocational Education and Driving Test Center (Thanh Mien) on the mornings of April 27 and 28; Road Transport College (Chi Linh) on the morning of April 29.

The organization of the exam is carried out in accordance with Circular 12/2025/TT-BCA dated February 28, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating testing, granting driving licenses; granting and using international driving licenses.

Hai Duong currently has 8 centers and facilities for driver training and testing. Of these, Hai Duong City has the most with 3 facilities, Chi Linh City has 2 facilities, and Nam Sach, Thanh Mien, and Kim Thanh districts each have 1 facility.
