The steadfast steps and decisive movements demonstrated the steadfast will and loyalty of the marines, determined to contribute to a solemn and majestic parade. Amidst the resolute shouts of command, amid the drops of sweat glistening on their shoulders, the spirit of victory of the past seemed to continue, affirming the bravery and heroic spirit of the heroic Vietnam People's Army.

General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, encouraged male officers of the Vietnam Coast Guard to participate in the parade.

Under the red flag with yellow star, male Coast Guard officers expressed their determination to successfully complete their tasks in the grand celebration.
