Specifically, in the localities including: Cam Khe, Tien Luong, Van Khuc towns, Cam Khe district; Dai Pham, Hien Luong, Van Lang communes, Ha Hoa district; Tam Thanh, Thach Kiet, Thu Cuc, Xuan Son, Xuan Dai, Tan Son communes, Tan Son district; Cu Thang, Dong Cuu, Luong Nha, Tan Minh, Yen Luong, Tinh Nhue communes, Thanh Son district; My Luong, Ngoc Dong, Phuc Khanh, Trung Son, Xuan Thuy communes, Yen Lap district; Di Hau, Quang Huc communes, Tam Nong district, there is a high risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.
Flash floods and landslides can have very negative impacts on the environment, threaten people's lives and property, cause local traffic congestion, and affect the movement of vehicles.
