On the evening of March 22, in Moscow (Russia), a terrorist attack occurred at the Crocus City Hall shopping mall, causing many casualties. The Vietnamese Embassy in the Russian Federation has issued a number of recommendations to Vietnamese citizens.
Accordingly, the Embassy recommends that citizens limit going to crowded places, including theaters, train stations, subway stations, squares, sensitive areas, and limit traveling by public transport.
Do not comment on social networks about security, war, or terrorist incidents.

The attack on Crocus City Hall is said to be the biggest tragedy in Russia in more than a decade.
According to the Russian Investigative Committee, as of the morning of March 23, the death toll in the attack had increased to more than 60 people.
Meanwhile, the health minister said at least 115 people were hospitalized after the attack, including five children. Sixty of these patients are in serious condition, while 30 others have been examined and discharged.
The Russian Ministry of Culture has canceled all mass and entertainment events in the coming days in the region.
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin called the incident a terrible tragedy and asked Muscovites to understand the decision to ban all weekend gatherings.
