The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Tinh confirmed that the province has not yet signed an official document on implementing the E8 visa program, and is only in the negotiation stage.
Accordingly, implementing the Government's resolution and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs' guidance on continuing the pilot project of sending Vietnamese workers to work seasonally in Korea, the Ha Tinh Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has proactively connected and discussed with a number of localities in the neighboring country on cooperation in sending Ha Tinh workers to work seasonally.
After a period of discussion and negotiation, up to now, Ha Tinh province and some localities of Korea have not yet reached an agreement on the content of the terms and conditions stipulated in the cooperation agreement model, the employer's support for employees and labor management measures...
Therefore, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs requests the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to direct the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, relevant departments and sectors and the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to inform the grassroots and people about the fact that Ha Tinh province has not yet implemented the Cooperation Program to send seasonal workers to Korea.
When there is an official notice from the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province and the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sent to the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns, then it is allowed to inform the localities, establishments and people.
The district People's Committee directs the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, relevant departments and sectors to coordinate with the district and commune police to regularly monitor and grasp information from the grassroots; if detected, strictly handle organizations and individuals who commit acts of fraud and appropriation of people's property.
Ha Tinh Employment Service Center, through sessions, job exchanges, and job conferences, promptly informs workers that Ha Tinh province has not yet implemented the above program; at the same time, recommends that workers do not register with any organization or individual to participate in the program.
