The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Chuong My District People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Irrigation and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control to maintain warnings and implement measures to ensure safety for dykes; at the same time, ensure safety for people and property of people living along the river, people and vehicles participating in traffic on the dyke in the landslide area.
