The exhibition is part of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports' action plan. This is also a highlight event of the Hanoi Creative Design Festival 2024.

The Hien Linh ceramic art exhibition introduces nearly 200 ceramic sculptures for the first time by Professor, Academician, and painter Ngo Xuan Binh with new expressions and technologies that have not appeared at any exhibition in Vietnam.

Sharing about this exhibition, artist Ngo Xuan Binh said that standing before countless antiques and majestic, sacred, and wonderful works of the Vietnamese people for generations... he always longs to convey and demonstrate a part of the spirit of ancient cultural traditions through contemporary complex structures bearing the mark of Vietnamese culture and the Vietnamese people.

Guests are ambassadors from countries such as Russia, Sri Lanka... listening to an introduction to the artworks of artist Ngo Xuan Binh at the exhibition.

Most of the works at the exhibition are very large in size and weight. Some works weigh more than 4 tons in total.

Nearly 200 ceramic sculptures by Professor, Academician, and painter Ngo Xuan Binh were introduced in the exhibition Hien Linh, showing the author's passion for traditional culture and his constant efforts and desires in artistic creation.

According to sculptor Ta Quang Bao, Ngo Xuan Binh's pottery is rustic, rough, close to mother earth but full of the shape of precious stone, wood, copper, brass, and iron that are eternally mysterious.

Hanoi Museum hopes that the Hien Linh exhibition will meet the expectations of domestic and foreign visitors and art lovers when coming to the capital, and at the same time attract a large number of young people, so that traditional cultural values ​​​​can be extended through contemporary creative spaces. The exhibition will run until December 31, 2025.
