Close-up of Lambretta X300 imported from Thailand, over 100 million in Vietnam

The Lambretta motorcycle brand now has an official distributor in Vietnam, but business operations are expected to be deployed from the second quarter of this year. While waiting for the official models to be launched, some Lambretta X300s in Vietnam have been imported through private businesses and put on sale.

The Lambretta X300 2025 scooter model that has just arrived in Vietnam is the standard version, manufactured at Lambretta's factory in Thailand. The vehicle has a fashionable design but tends towards an angular and strong style, clearly different from the characteristic softness of its compatriot, the Vespa GTS 300.

If Vespa evokes classic and graceful, Lambretta stands out with a more modern and dynamic image. The overall dimensions of length x width x height of X300 are 1,922 x 741 x 1,117 mm, wheelbase reaches 1,370 mm - almost equivalent to Vespa GTS 300.

The car has a full-LED lighting system with a characteristic hexagonal shape, large taillights and a square, strong body design instead of rounded, giving a masculine and modern feel. The instrument cluster combines analog and TFT screens, both maintaining a classic look and ensuring modernity.

The Lambretta X300 is equipped with a 790 mm high saddle, with a slightly layered form, suitable for the body shape of most users in Vietnam. The vehicle is also decorated with the Italian flag, the brand's signature Rampant Lion badge on the footrest and front fairing.

The vehicle's safety equipment includes single disc brakes on both wheels, integrated with ABS system. The Lambretta X300 uses dual front spring shock absorbers, different from the offset single shock absorbers commonly found on Vespas.

Similar to high-end Vespa models, the Lambretta X300's fuel tank is located under the seat and can be opened with a smart key system. The vehicle weighs about 160 kg.

Powering the Lambretta X300 is a 275 cc, liquid-cooled engine that produces 25.1 horsepower and 24.5 Nm of torque. The vehicle uses a CVT gearbox.

The car is imported through private dealers, currently the price of the Lambretta X300 is being offered at about 110 million VND, excluding rolling costs.

Lambretta X300 belongs to the high-end scooter segment in Vietnam and competes with Vespa GTS 300 (price from 129 to 175 million VND) or Honda SH 350i (range from 151.2 to 152.7 million VND).
