The apartment building project on plot CT2 on Co Linh Street (part of the infrastructure development project for land auction in Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City) is currently underway, with Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. as the investor.

According to reports received by Nguoi Dua Tin (The Informer), in the construction area, the Co Linh road surface has many subsidence points and cracks, a long-standing problem that has not yet been repaired.

Meanwhile, more than half of the sidewalks along the route have been encroached upon by the project's barriers, making it difficult for pedestrians.

In relation to this issue, Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. was fined 180 million VND by the authorities for organizing construction work in violation of regulations on construction quality management.
