The apartment building project on plot CT2 on Co Linh Street (part of the infrastructure development project for land auction in Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi City) is currently underway, with Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. as the investor.
According to reports received by Nguoi Dua Tin (The Informer), in the construction area, the Co Linh road surface has many subsidence points and cracks, a long-standing problem that has not yet been repaired.
Meanwhile, more than half of the sidewalks along the route have been encroached upon by the project's barriers, making it difficult for pedestrians.
In relation to this issue, Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. was fined 180 million VND by the authorities for organizing construction work in violation of regulations on construction quality management.
The high-rise residential building project on plot CT2 (part of the project to build technical infrastructure for land auction in Long Bien ward) is invested by Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Co., Ltd.
This project includes the Eco1, Eco2, Eco3, and Eco4 tower blocks (divided into two clusters: Eco1, 2 and Eco3, 4), each 16 stories high, with 2 basement levels and a technical penthouse.
According to Nguoi Dua Tin's report, the project is currently under construction, specifically the basement level.
Reporters have informed the News Reporter that the construction of the project's basement has caused landslides and cracks in the sidewalks along Co Linh Street and the road leading from Co Linh Street to the residential area of Group 5, 7 Tu Dinh.
In addition, it damaged the technical infrastructure of Tran Dang Khoa road and caused cracks in the asphalt concrete surface of Co Linh road.
According to local residents, the road and sidewalk surfaces have been damaged and cracked for a long time but have not been repaired.
Furthermore, the construction unit erected a corrugated iron fence encroaching on the sidewalk of Co Linh Street and the alley leading to Tu Dinh Market, leaving only 1 meter of sidewalk from the curb edge. Specifically, the Co Linh Street section has a 25-meter-long, 3-meter-wide, and 0.5-1.2-meter-deep landslide, along with several other subsidence areas.
Meanwhile, more than half of the sidewalks along the route have been encroached upon by the project's barriers, making it difficult for pedestrians.
Regarding this matter, the leaders of Long Bien Ward People's Committee stated that the ward's functional units have drawn up an administrative violation report and forwarded it to Long Bien District for appropriate action. As a result, Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Co., Ltd. has been fined 180 million VND.
At the same time, the authorities requested the investor to take measures to rectify, repair, and restore the road surface to its original condition before November 30, 2024.
