"We have more than 10 people who started construction and setting up the tent outside since yesterday, July 17. We mainly transport iron and steel for assembly. Each person has a job, some weld, some cut iron, and another team specializes in installation," a worker shared.

On July 6, IME - the organizer of the Blackpink show in Hanoi - said that it had worked directly and sent an explanation letter to the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports and related ministries and agencies about the incident of "supporting the nine-dash line".
