At the forum, the delegates discussed that the Front at all levels should be proactive, advise the Party Committee, promote the role of member organizations to create a source of cadres for the Front. The work of cadre planning must be carried out in accordance with the process, publicly and democratically. Proactively innovate the content, improve the quality of training programs, foster professional qualifications, skills, and working methods for cadres and civil servants of the Front at all levels to be enthusiastic, responsible, and devoted to their work.
The Fatherland Front at all levels needs to proactively coordinate with political and social organizations at the same level in enhancing their understanding of the thoughts and aspirations, sincerely listening to contributions, promptly resolving the legitimate and legal thoughts and aspirations of voters and people. At the same time, promoting the role of prestigious people among ethnic minorities, dignitaries and officials in religions, contributing to propaganda, mobilization, creating social consensus, encouraging people to actively participate in the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense, security and foreign affairs of the locality; building a clean and strong Party and political system.
