On February 10, the Hai Duong Department of Transport announced the temporary traffic organization in Chi Linh City to serve the "Con Son, Kiep Bac - Journey of connecting cultural heritage 2025" Marathon from 8-11 am on February 14 and from 4:30 am to 10:30 am on February 16.

Accordingly, all vehicles are prohibited from km92+600 - km92+950 of National Highway 37 when there are athletes running. When there are no athletes running, vehicles are allowed to circulate to prevent traffic congestion.

The specific ban time for each period is regulated by the police force at the checkpoints to ensure the safety of athletes and traffic participants, not exceeding the time period from 4:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on February 16.

On Provincial Road 398, Con Son branch from km9+500 - km13+500, from 8am to 11am on February 14 and from 4:30am to 10:30am on February 16, use the innermost lane on the right side of the route reserved for runners, 3m wide. The other lanes are for normal traffic.

At intersections with branch roads, traffic control forces are arranged to stop and guide vehicles when athletes run through.

At provincial road 398, Kiep Bac branch from km15+200 An Linh intersection with national highway 37 to km19+600 (Kiep Bac temple) up to the dike, from 4:30 - 10:30 on February 16, traffic will be divided into one lane on the right side of the route reserved for runners, 3 m wide. The other lanes are for normal traffic.

Arrange 4 traffic control checkpoints at km17+900 (Dong Viet intersection), km18+400 (Vuon Dao intersection), km19+600 (intersection of Provincial Road 398, Bac Dau branch) and the intersection of Vuon Dao road with Dong Viet bridge approach road.

On the Dong Viet bridge approach road, from 4:30 to 10:30 on February 16, traffic will use a lane on the right side of the route reserved for runners, 3 meters wide.

The road from Bai Re Pagoda Con Son to National Highway 37 at km92+780 is prohibited for cars from 4:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on February 16. Vehicles needing to pass through this section of road are advised to take another route.

On Vuon Dao Street, from 4:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on February 16, the traffic flow will be divided into one lane on the right side of the route reserved for runners. The other lanes will be used for normal traffic. Traffic control posts will be arranged at the intersection of Vuon Dao Street and the branch road leading to Dong Viet Bridge. Traffic control forces will be arranged along the route (about 500 m/person) equipped with flags, whistles, and reflective guards to guide vehicles along the route and adjust the system of markers, barriers, and reflective tapes to ensure traffic safety...

The "Con Son - Kiep Bac - Journey of Connecting Cultural Heritage 2025" marathon will take place on February 14 and 16, with 4 competition events, including: 5 km distance (athletes from 8 years old), 10 km distance (athletes from 14 years old), 21 km distance (athletes from 16 years old), 42 km distance (athletes from 18 years old). After nearly 2 months of opening the registration portal, by February 10, there were more than 1,600 participants, of which, the 21 km distance had nearly 900 athletes, the 42 km distance had more than 300 athletes.
