Vo Van Kiet Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Khanh Hoi bridge underpass), Ngo Van Nam Street (section from Nguyen Sieu to Ton Duc Thang), Nguyen Sieu Street (section from Ngo Van Nam to Ton Duc Thang), Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (section from Khanh Hoi bridge to Hoang Dieu), Ham Nghi Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Ton Duc Thang), Hai Trieu Street (section from Ho Tung Mau to Nguyen Hue).

Direction from District 4 to Binh Thanh District: Nguyen Tat Thanh – Ong Lanh Bridge – Nguyen Thai Hoc – Nguyen Thi Nghia – Cach Mang Thang 8 – Nguyen Thi Minh Khai – Xo Viet Nghe Tinh (Binh Thanh District).
Direction from District 5 to Thu Duc City: Le Hong Phong (District 5) - Dien Bien Phu - Vo Nguyen Giap (Thu Duc City).
