Callio has received a major update in terms of speed and performance.

Callio – the first interactive CRM (interCRM) application in Vietnam for managing sales departments and customer relationships – has just updated to version 4.0. According to the development team, the new application has optimized and streamlined the standard source code, removing unnecessary libraries without altering functionality. In addition, the update also improves startup and usage speed, and reduces minor errors.

Furthermore, the program has addressed the issue where the new versions of Android and iOS operating systems restricted background processes, making it difficult for applications with voice functions on smartphones to receive calls. In the future, the development team will gradually update features on the web version such as reporting, campaign calling, and phone contact synchronization.

According to Callio CEO Giang Thien Phu, the Callio interactive CRM solution currently has over 2,000 customers each month who automatically top up their accounts with premium payments. These customers are business partners, stores, etc., with a large user base. The total number of calls recorded on the system averages 500,000 calls per day, equivalent to 15 million calls per month.

Previously, the system development company attracted attention on Shark Tank Season 5 when it rejected an offer from Shark Hung and made it into the Top 3 Vietnamese Startups in 2022.
