Accordingly, with just an internet connection, users can receive notifications from the bank on the BIDV SmartBanking application anytime, anywhere, including: balance change notifications, credit card transaction notifications, loan/deposit account notifications, promotional offers, etc.

To register for free Balance Change notifications on the BIDV SmartBanking app, customers should follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the BIDV SmartBanking App/select the "Register for service" option.
Step 2: Select Balance Changes => OTT Services => Register.
Step 3: Enter the OTP code to verify and complete the registration.
Receive free balance change notifications on VCB Digibank.
OTT Alert is a feature that notifies you of account balance changes directly within the VCB DigiBank digital banking app.
Step 1: Log in to VCB DigiBank and go to the "Settings" section.
Step 2: Turn "On" for "Receive notifications from the bank"
